Proof-of-Concept
Years of research work at TU Delft, and later by Gilbert, have been dedicated to the demonstration of proof-of-concept of the electrospray technology for respiratory drug delivery and related formulation development for a variety of pharmaceutical compounds. This was successfully done initially on a large benchtop system.
